Garrett Fitzgerald

Principal

Garrett Fitzgerald joined the Firm in 2009. Mr. Fitzgerald’s responsibilities include sourcing/selecting investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and structuring private equity investments. Additionally, he supports the ongoing monitoring of current assets by attending annual fund conferences, participating in portfolio company board meetings, and managing the Firm’s portfolio monitoring platform. Outside of his investment role at MBC, he helps lead the Firm’s compliance program, runs MBC’s investor relations group, co-heads the fund administration functions, and Mr. Fitzgerald directs the firm’s technology operations.

Mr. Fitzgerald received an M.B.A. from the University of Denver and a B.S. in Business from Colorado State University. He serves on the Colorado State University College of Business Finance Advisory Board and Regis Jesuit High School Investment Committee.
